Rocky Ridge Planned Unit Development (PUD) is another ongoing project. The first unit (PUD 1) consisted of 39 lots and was completed in 2002.

HIGHWAY 42 AT "KELLY'S CORNER"

Utility coordination with ODOT on the Highway 42 project at "Kelly's Corner." ODOT has an overlay on Highway 42 between I-5 and the City of Winston with a major reconstruction at the "Kelly's Corner" intersection.

I-5/STEWART PARKWAY OVERPASS

We use AutoCAD Civil 3D as a core program for road and subdivision design combined with third party add-on packages such as Eagle Point Software and Haestad Methods Storm to provide job specific details and design.
