Bar Run Golf + RV Resort ~ Melrose, Oregon i.e. Engineering produced the design and construction documents for a new golf course and RV resort located along the South Umpqua River in Melrose, Oregon. Design included the golf course routing as well as amenities such as foot/cart bridges, multimodal paths, wayfinding signage, and plant design for the course, clubhouse, RV resort and adjacent natural areas. Connectivity to the river and the adjacent RV resort will provide visitors with opportunities to walk the trails on site, fish the river and visit the clubhouse.

Deer Creek Village - Roseburg i.e. Engineering provided all site survey, civil engineering and related work through permitting and site plan approval as well as civil related construction administration for a 68-unit development multi-family rental housing development that is a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for low-income families.

Umpqua Dunes RV Park

Downtown Roseburg Streetscape and Kiosk i.e. Engineering designed and managed the City of Roseburg’s most significant downtown street improvement and beautification project in its history. The project included creating a unique and easily replicated streetscape while enhancing the visitor experience to downtown Roseburg. Among the more unique features of the final project improvements were new pedestrian-friendly and decorative concrete raised intersections, interpretive signage/wayfinding kiosks, curved benches, new street trees, bike racks and stainless steel sidewalk inserts which highlight the community’s history and recreational assets.

Oak Springs Apartments - Roseburg i.e. Engineering is providing start-to-finish assistance on this under construction apartment complex. Services include conceptual layout and due diligence, site survey and related easements, civil design, necessary drainage reports and DEQ approvals, landscape design, utility coordination, construction staking and on-going construction administration.

Eagle Landing - Roseburg VA i.e. Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services for Eagle Landing, a 54-unit residential housing complex with preference for veterans and their families, located in the southwest corner of the Roseburg VA Medical Center campus. i.e. Engineering provided all site survey work, preliminary research and due diligence, and all site civil related work coordinating all work with the VAMC Engineering Department.

Fairway Estates - Sutherlin

Micelli Park Playground - Roseburg Micelli Park playground was created to serve the surrounding Mill/Pine historic and residential neighborhood of SE Roseburg. Umpqua Bank provided a generous grant for the project and i.e. Engineering was proud to provide the design and layout of this landmark neighborhood playground, which from an aerial view, is designed in the shape of a Western Pond Turtle. i.e. Engineering also designed the footings for the play equipment. This project also included parking lot design and extension of water and sewer service to a future building.

Costco of Roseburg Our work on the project began with providing an ALTA survey, water and sewer studies for the site, a preliminary drainage report, meeting and coordinating with the various local utility companies. We provided both offsite and onsite civil plans for the entire project. These plans included the erosion control plans, demolition plans, grading plans, drainage plans, paving and striping plans, water plans, sewer plans, offsite improvement plans, truck route plans, horizontal controls plans, as well as civil plans for the fuel facility and out-parcels of the development.
